After you make a reservation, the system will automatically send you a pending email. Your reservation will be reviewed during business hours, and you will receive an email regarding your reservation. Your assigned reservation representative will contact you 24 hours prior to your reservation.

To rent a car in Bodrum Akyaka, you must have a passport, driver's license, and a credit card. If you don't have a credit card, please indicate that you don't have one in the reservation description section. Please indicate that you would like to rent with a cash deposit. All insurance and collision damage waiver (CDW) coverages provided for the vehicles rented from our company are applied to protect you against possible risks throughout your rental period. However, certain conditions must be met for these coverages to remain valid.

Insurance and CDW Validity Conditions

Use in compliance with traffic rules:
The vehicle must be driven in accordance with traffic regulations, including speed limits and safe driving conditions.

No alcohol or drugs during use:
If the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of an accident, all insurance and CDW coverage becomes completely invalid.

Possession of a valid driver’s license:
The driver must hold a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class.

Unauthorized driver usage:
If the vehicle is driven by individuals not listed in the rental agreement, the insurance and CDW will not be valid.

Accident report requirement:
In the event of an accident, an official accident report must be prepared by the authorities and our company must be informed. Without the accident report and alcohol test report, no insurance procedure will be valid.

Use of the vehicle for commercial or prohibited purposes:
Using the rented vehicle for purposes such as racing, off-road driving, or carrying loads—activities that violate the rental agreement—will void the insurance coverage.

Special packages for tire, glass, and headlight damages:
Damages to these areas are covered only if the relevant additional protection packages have been purchased.

To ensure a secure and seamless process, car rentals at our company require authorization by credit card. Our standard rental procedures do not allow car rentals without a credit card. Customers who do not have a credit card can rent using the credit card of a first-degree relative or a close relative. The credit card holder may be included in the contract as an additional driver or renter. Alternatively, a cash deposit is accepted (this varies depending on the individual and the situation, at our company's discretion).

Foreign customers: If you don't have your passport, you can rent a car, provided you have the stamped document issued upon entry. Identity verification, legal contract procedures completed, and insurance and comprehensive coverage validity ensured.

Our company prioritizes customer satisfaction and ease of use when renting a car. You can securely pay your rental fee upon pickup. You can pay cash or by credit card upon pickup. A payment link will be included in the confirmation email you receive after booking online. You can also pay with your credit card if you prefer.
