Having a valid driver's license: The person driving the vehicle must have a valid driver's license of the appropriate class.

Unauthorized driving: Insurance and comprehensive coverage are invalid if the vehicle is driven by a person whose name is not on the rental agreement.

Accident report must be prepared: In case of an accident, it is mandatory to have an accident report prepared by the official authorities (POLICE) and to inform our company. No insurance is valid without an accident report and an alcohol test report.

Using the vehicle for commercial purposes: Using the rented vehicle for purposes contrary to the contract, such as racing, off-roading, or cargo transportation, invalidates the insurance coverage.
