Car rental fees are collected using the following payment methods:

Depending on the type of reservation, payment may be collected at the reservation stage or at the time of vehicle delivery. For prepaid reservations, all or part of the rental fee is collected at the time of booking.
Deposit (Pre-Authorization)
At the time of vehicle delivery, a pre-authorization (deposit) may be taken from a credit card registered in the renter’s name, depending on the vehicle group. This amount serves as security against possible damages, missing fuel, traffic fines, and additional charges. If no issues arise at the end of the rental period, the deposit amount is released.
Cash Payment
Cash payments are accepted by our company. However, if cash payment is preferred, we reserve the right to request a credit card pre-authorization or additional security for guarantee purposes.
Additional Charges
Additional services such as an extra driver, baby seat, navigation device; fuel differences, HGS/OGS toll fees, and traffic fines are not included in the rental price and are charged separately.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the vehicle delivery time are free of charge.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the vehicle delivery time, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
For prepaid reservations, partial or full refunds may be made depending on the cancellation period. However, no refunds are made for cancellations less than 48 hours before the delivery time.
Transaction and commission fees arising from banks, payment infrastructures, and virtual POS systems may be deducted from the refundable amount.
No-Show (Failure to Pick Up the Vehicle)
If the customer does not pick up the vehicle on the reservation date, fails to present the required documents, or does not fulfill the payment conditions, the reservation is considered a no-show and no refund is made.
Payment Security
All payments made are under the guarantee of BodrumCarRentals.com. Our company operates as an A Group Travel Agency affiliated with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye and is subject to inspection in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Requests for changes to the date, time, vehicle group, or pick-up location of reservations are evaluated based on vehicle availability and may result in a price difference.
In some promotional or prepaid reservations, direct modifications may not be possible. In such cases, the existing reservation may need to be canceled and a new reservation created.
An additional fee may be applied if the vehicle is returned later than the time specified in the contract.
If the vehicle is returned earlier than planned, no refund may be made for unused days.
In cases where the reservation cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions, or official authority decisions, Bodrum Rent A Car aims to produce solutions with its guests within the framework of mutual understanding and goodwill.
All payment, cancellation, and modification transactions are carried out in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on the Protection of Consumers, and the relevant legislation.

On our website's homepage, you can list our vehicles, get detailed information, and make a reservation by selecting your pickup location, drop-off location, pickup date, and drop-off time. After you make a reservation, the system will automatically send you a pending email. Your reservation will be reviewed during business hours, and an email regarding your reservation will be sent. Your assigned reservation representative will contact you 24 hours prior to your reservation.

To rent a car in Bodrum Gümbet, you must have a passport, driver's license, and a credit card. If you don't have one, please indicate in the Reservation Information section that you don't have one. Insurance and Full Coverage Validity Conditions
Use in accordance with traffic rules:
The vehicle must be used in compliance with traffic regulations, including speed limits and safe driving conditions.
No use under the influence of alcohol or drugs:
If the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of an accident, the insurance and full coverage become completely invalid.
Possession of a valid driver’s license:
The person driving the vehicle must have a valid driver’s license of the appropriate class.
Unauthorized driver use:
If a person not listed in the rental agreement drives the vehicle, the insurance and full coverage will not be valid.
Accident report procedure:
In the event of an accident, an official report must be issued by the authorities, and our company must be informed. No insurance process is valid without the accident report and alcohol test report.
Use of the vehicle for commercial purposes:
Using the rented vehicle for purposes that violate the rental agreement—such as racing, off-road driving, or transporting loads—voids the insurance coverage.
Special packages for tire, glass, and headlight damages:
Damages to these areas are covered only if the relevant extra protection packages have been purchased.

Foreign customers: If you don't have your passport, you can rent a car, provided you have the stamped document issued upon entry. Identity verification, legal contract procedures completed, and insurance and comprehensive coverage validity ensured.
